You now have direct access to your own PSB Certified professional instructor- Head Instructor, Michael. All that's left now is to submit your videos for review and get to work!!
How to submit your videos:
PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
STEP #1
You will receive a welcome email with a link to Download the OnForm App.
Sign up using:
1. Your FIRST and LAST name
2. EMAIL you wish to share and receive reviews with.
(This will aid your instructor in staying organized and get reviews back even faster)
STEP #2
RECORD VIDEO IN APP:
Take video from Down-The-Line and Face On:
Be sure to video swings in the LIBRARY Section of your profile. If swings are recorded in CHAT section, they will automatically send to instructor.
(4 Videos Max Per Submission, unless otherwise asked for by your instructor.)
YouTube Video explaining camera setup:
*videos must be under 30 seconds
STEP #3
Share video(s) directly with your instructor by, going to your LIBRARY and long pressing the videos you wish to send and select:
SHARE---> SELECT YOUR INSTRUCTOR--->
TAP SEND AT BOTTOM OF SCREEN.

"How many swings do we need to send in?"
Instructor will only need to see 2-3 swings form each angle (face on and down-the-line).
